Charles Barkley says he's retiring from broadcasting after 2024-25 NBA season

Longtime TNT broadcaster Charles Barkley announced that next year will be his final on TV. Barkley expressed his gratitude to the NBA family and revealed that he will not be moving to another network. Instead, he plans to pass the baton to either Jamal Crawford or Vince Carter. Following a Hall of Fame career, Barkley joined TNT as an analyst on the show ‘Inside the NBA’ in 2000. The future of the NBA on TNT remains uncertain as a new agreement on networks and platforms for NBA rights will likely be announced soon.
